Bouncing in the world of audio is basically just like rendering in the world of video. An example of when you would want to bounce your audio is when you've applied a bunch of processor-intensive effects to a clip and the playback is lagging. We can bounce or "render" the audio so that the effects are baked into the new file and your computer can chill out.
